Eagle Rock Elementary & magnet center PTA joins the national PTA in supporting Comprehensive Immigration Reform.
The PTA would like to invite you in supporting Eagle Rock Elementary & Magnet Centers through membership in our school’s PTA. We are currently holding our annual membership drive, now through Friday, September 15th.
PTA membership is open to everyone and benefits all students. Dues are only $10.00 per person annually, and anyone in the family may join.
DEADLINE REMINDER! Two upcoming applications are due on Monday, October 16th!
1: Are you a nurse, teacher, counselor or a longtime volunteer? To help you continue on your educational path, we are proud to offer several continuing-education scholarships. Learn more at www.capta.org/scholarships.
2: Is your PTA researching a new outreach program or expanding on current success? Apply for a Program Grant! These grants are available for unit, council and district PTAs in good standing and geared towards four areas of interest. Learn more at www.capta.org/grants.
PTA Clubs enrollment is now open! Please complete the online or paper application by Thursday, August 31. The paper applications may be returned to the parent center or homeroom teacher. You may apply for more than one club. All effort will be made to place your child in at least one club. Please complete only one application per student. You will be notified of enrollment the following week.
Clubs will begin during the week of September 11.

Hello Eagle Rock Families! This Wednesday, MARCH 22nd is our March Dine Out for Eagle Rock! Join your classmates and their families and enjoy lunch or dinner at FOUR CAFE on Colorado Boulevard and they will be donating a generous 20% of your bill to support the school. ALSO, stop at SNOW STATION just a few doors down after school for an icy treat or after you enjoy your meal at FOUR CAFE! They will also be donating 20% of your purchase to Eagle Rock Elementary.
What could be a nicer way to celebrate spring than a yummy meal at Four Cafe and an icy dessert at SNOW STATION?
Keep an eye out this week for a flyer in your child’s backpack. Bring it with you and don’t forget to drop your receipt in the bucket at the counter!

Spring Book Fair Volunteers Needed!
We need volunteers to work our Spring Book Fair from Feb 27 - March 3rd. Shifts run in hour to hour and a half committments from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM each day. You can volunteer for one shift or as many as you're able to do.
