Topic is LCAP (Local Control and Accountability Plan) Update. This is open to the whole area community. An opportunity to provide feedback on the LAUSD's Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). Make sure your voice is heard in decisions to revise the Local Control Accountability Plan and ensure all youth are achieving in the LAUSD. @LASchools @LAUSDMagnets Options Application period is open | Oct 1 thru Nov 14 The 2015-2016 Choices Application period has opened and is open to students in grades K-11, living within the boundaries of the LAUSD. All District students, including English Learners, Special Education, and Gifted/Talented are encouraged to apply. Apply Online! The CHOICES application offers you four different program options: Magnet Program, Magnet plus CORE Waiver Priority School Matriculate Choice Program (PSMCP), CORE Waiver PSMCP, or the Permits With Transportation Program (PWT). Last year through your generous contributions, our school community donated enough multi-purpose white paper to make it though half of the school year. THANK YOU! As our school continues to improve its use of paper; however, there is still a tremendous volume of paper usage on account of flyers, forms, etc. Please consider making a donation of White, 8 1/2 inch x 11 inch Multipurpose (20 lb) paper.

April is Earthquake Preparedness Month, it has been recognized since the April 1906 San Francisco earthquake and continues to be supported by the state assembly urging all Californians and government agencies to engage in education, evaluation of seismic hazards, mitigation, safety activities, and the exchange of information related to earthquake preparedness with other states and nations.
