The Eagle Rock Elementary PTA is proud to announce open enrollment in our Spring 2017 After-School Clubs. Below you'll find a link to the application. A hard copy will also come home in backpacks. If you'd like to enroll your child in one of the listed clubs, please make sure to return a copy of the application to your child's teacher or to the Parent Center by end of day Thursday (1/19). Space is limited so placement is not guaranteed, but we will try our best to accommodate as many first choice requests as possible. Students will be notified of their clubs by Friday, January 27th.  Please join your classmates and their families this coming Wednesday, DECEMBER 14th at BMPP and Five Line Tavern as we all “Dine Out for EAGLE ROCK”! 15% of your check will go to the school!
Both spots are located at 2136 Colorado Boulevard and you can grab a pizza to go at BMPP or sit down for a meal at Five Line any time on Wednesday from 11 am till 10 pm. Make sure to drop your receipt in the “Dine Out for Eagle Rock” jar at the counter. If you order your food to go mention Eagle Rock Elementary School when you order. For those who prefer to order online, please type “EAGLE ROCK ELEMENTARY” in the special request box so that your bill is counted!! This is a fun Dine Out with space for everyone! Please come celebrate December with friends and earn money for Eagle Rock Elementary School!  PTA General Meeting Tonight!
Come to hear what the PTA has planned for ERE in the coming months, voice your opinion and get involved! There will also be a talk from Oxy's Director of Financial Aid "Financial Aid 101" at the start of the meeting. Time: 6:30 PM Location: MPR (Multipurpose Room/Cafeteria) Childcare and snacks will be provided. See you there!  PTA is excited to sponsor Occidental College Children's Theater performances for the students at ERE. This year's show is called LITTLE RED FRANKENHOOD.
The three performances at Eagle Rock Elementary will be this week on the West Lawn during the school day.  Shopping Amazon for your last-minute Halloween needs? Dates are Nov. 7th - 10th (same week as Parent-Teacher Conferences)  Leave your dishes clean and join us this week for our monthly DINE OUT at PANDA EXPRESS on THURSDAY (October 13th).
FLYERS GO HOME TODAY, and you need to bring them!! So stick them on the fridge or bulletin board and bring them with you or save them on your smartphone to show at the register when you grab dinner for everyone Thursday evening! You can eat any time between 10 am and 11 pm on Thursday and the restaurant will donate a generous 20% of your total purchase to Eagle Rock Elementary!  Submit your photos from school events throughout the year to the YEARBOOK!
